Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Ai-TEC website and any enquiry submitted through it. By accessing the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt our operations or other users.

1. Website operator and acceptance of these terms

This website is operated for Ai-TEC by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd. The site is provided for general information about our commercial and industrial boiler, calorifier, inline heater and incinerator services, together with our maintenance and project support work in Gauteng and across South Africa.

By using the site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using the site immediately. We may update these terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal or technical changes, and the revised version will apply once it is published here.

2. Permitted use of the site and enquiry forms

You may browse the site, read the service information and send genuine enquiries relating to inspections, repairs, maintenance and plant support. You must not use the site for unlawful, harmful or misleading purposes, or in a way that interferes with our systems, staff or service teams.

  • Do not submit false, incomplete or abusive information.
  • Do not attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or server.
  • Do not copy content for resale, scraping or automated data collection.
  • Do not introduce malware, code or other material that may affect site performance.

If you use an enquiry form, you warrant that the details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to make the enquiry on behalf of your business or organisation.

3. Information, quotations and service scope

Any information on this website is intended to assist customers who need boiler servicing, calorifier maintenance, inline heater repairs, incinerator servicing, combustion tuning, refractory relining, water treatment support, annual inspections or plant refurbishment. Service content, availability and turnaround times may vary depending on site access, plant condition, parts availability and the location of the work.

Any quotation, estimate or recommendation issued after an enquiry is based on the information available at the time. It may change if the actual site conditions differ from what was originally described, including hidden corrosion, scale, pressure issues, electrical faults or compliance matters identified during inspection.

  • Quoted work is valid only for the period stated on the quotation.
  • Emergency callouts may attract separate rates after hours, weekends or public holidays.
  • All work remains subject to site safety rules, lockout procedures and access approval.

4. Intellectual property and use of content

All website text, images, layouts, technical descriptions and downloadable material are protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to Ai-TEC or Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal reference only, provided that the material is not altered and any copyright notice remains intact.

You may not reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission. This includes copying service descriptions, project wording, photographs or technical material for another supplier, competitor or marketing platform.

5. Limitation of liability and external factors

While we take care to keep the site current, we do not guarantee that every page will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults. Information may change without notice, including contact details, branch coverage, service availability and operating hours.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Ai-TEC, Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd and their staff are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, including indirect loss, lost profit, business interruption, data loss or damage caused by third-party systems. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You remain responsible for confirming site requirements before any industrial work begins, especially where load-shedding, municipal water restrictions, coastal humidity, boiler room ventilation or pressure equipment compliance may affect performance.

6. Governing law, disputes and contact details

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from your use of the site or a submitted enquiry must first be addressed by written notice and good-faith engagement before any further action is taken.

For questions about these terms or a formal site enquiry, contact the Ai-TEC office in Jet Park, Boksburg, or email engineering@ai-tec.co.za. Our service teams operate from Boksburg, Kempton Park, Germiston, Pretoria, Midrand and Sandton, with national support available where required.
