Email the Jet Park team directly

Send your request to engineering@ai-tec.co.za with your site name, town, equipment type and the fault you are seeing. The more detail you include, the quicker we can advise on next steps or schedule a visit.

  • Commercial and industrial boilers
  • Calorifiers and inline heaters
  • Incinerators and plant ancillaries

We are based in Jet Park, Boksburg and handle work for factories, hospitals, food plants, laundry rooms and other high-demand sites.

Where we service from Gauteng

Our service areas include Boksburg, Kempton Park, Germiston, Pretoria, Midrand and Sandton, with wider support for Gauteng and national callouts where the plant and schedule make sense. If you are on the East Rand or near OR Tambo, we can usually respond faster than outlying sites.

  • Boksburg Service
  • Kempton Park Service
  • Germiston Service
  • Pretoria Service
  • Midrand Service
  • Sandton Service

How fast we can respond

For emergency breakdowns, we prioritise urgent plant stoppages, safety risks and loss of hot water or process heat. In Gauteng, same-day attendance is often possible for critical jobs, while routine inspections and planned maintenance are usually booked into the next available window.

Response times depend on traffic, access rules and site readiness, so please include gate access details, loading bay notes and any municipal or safety requirements when you email. If you need after-hours help or load shedding planning, tell us up front so we can advise properly.

What to include in your message

A clear first email saves time on both sides and helps us decide whether you need a technician, a project engineer, or a maintenance quote. If the unit is noisy, tripping, smoking or not holding pressure, say so exactly as it is happening.

  • Equipment make, size and serial number if available
  • Site address and nearest town
  • Fault description and when it started
  • Any recent repairs, water treatment or tube replacements

Support for planned maintenance and inspections

We also handle boiler servicing, calorifier maintenance, combustion tuning, refractory relining, annual inspections and plant refurbishment. If your site needs a shutdown plan around production hours, water use or municipal discharge rules, we can build the work around that.

Coastal humidity, hard water and poor treatment often shorten plant life, so many faults can be reduced with routine checks and better operating settings. That kind of practical support is what we do best, not just one-off callouts.

Speak to the right person first time

Ai-TEC was founded in 2009 and our team still works the same way: direct, technical and focused on getting the plant back in service. Pieter Fourie oversees the business, with support from Lerato Maseko, Pieter van der Merwe, Zanele Dlamini, Musa Khumalo, Ayesha Patel and Johan Smit.

Email engineering@ai-tec.co.za and we will point your request to the right person. If your site is in Gauteng or anywhere else in South Africa, send the detail now and we will come back with the next step.
