Education & training

Through partnerships with the Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services, SETA, Ai-TEC provides learnership programmes to local communities with the aim of creating skills and employment opportunities in this sector of industry.

We also empower our staff through a comprehensive workplace skills development program. A full-time Skills Development Facilitator is employed to encourage all staff to reach their full career potential.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Ai-TEC’s is engaged in community assistance activities which include involvement with local charities and sports clubs. Through donations and sponsorships, we support causes which encourage growth and development.
